Earlier this year I found a great excuse to get familiar with TileMill and MapBox hosting, and wound up creating this map:
I’ve been spending some time with the National Agricultural Statistical Service Crop Data Layer (everyone with a passing interest in GIS should know about CropScape).
One of my first projects for the Prior Lake – Spring Lake Watershed District was to help oversee the renovation of their website. I didn’t think it was exciting enough as it was, so I created a Google Maps application so visitors can get information on a lake with a single click.
