Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs in 2008.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve had all kinds of jobs, but most recently I&#8217;ve worked as a planner for two Watershed Districts in Minnesota and as the Phase I MS4 Permit Writer for the Washington Department of Ecology.<\/p>\n<h2>What&#8217;s This All About?<\/h2>\n<p>Occasionally I do neat stuff that I don&#8217;t want to forget about, and maybe even give others the opportunity to benefit from my mistakes and successes.\u00a0 I&#8217;ll be putting up some of those projects here.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Who Am I?
